rentals. He listed 10 of the houses on eBay and sold them all in one auction to an

At 21, he was earning enough money to allow his faher leave his job in corporate
America.

Now, he builds houses with his dad, and teaches real estate investors how to create
passive residual income by selling houses on eBay.

Drew's story inspired his mother, Rhea, to organize this international annual
